In order for modern combustion engines to function properly, they must be continuously lubricated. The oil required for this circulates under pressure to minimize friction between various metal components, e.g. bearings or camshafts. Oil filters ensure that the engine oil remains free of dirt particles, soot, or residues of burnt fuel thus preventing damage.
Blue Print has a comprehensive range of oil filters in tested OEM quality. Best possible filtration performance guarantees constant optimised engine operation. Oil filters from Blue Print meet or exceed the permit requirements of the vehicle manufacturers.
A Contribution to the Longevity of the Engine
The engine oil also supports the cooling process by dissipating heat from the pistons, cylinders, and turbochargers. Additionally, microscopically small, abrasive particles, dust, and soot from combustion must be reliably filtered out so they do not get onto the bearing surfaces thus preventing the acceleration of wear on the engine.
Regular oil and filter changes extend the service life of the engine. A quality filter must have the capacity and efficiency to reliably protect the engine from contamination between today's usual maintenance intervals.
Maintenance Packages: Service Solutions for Professionals
Alongside individual components for professional vehicle inspections, Blue Print also offers complete maintenance packages. These contain all of the relevant components, with the exception of fluids.
These components include the oil filter, as well as air, fuel and cabin filters. The oil drainage screw and all necessary sealing rings are included in the Blue Print maintenance packages.
