Vehicle Repairs. We've Got What it Takes.
The throttle valve is located inside a housing called the throttle body. It is controlled by the ECU, which adjusts the throttle valve angle with the help of a DC motor. Feedback is then sent to the ECU via a throttle position sensor. Together, these components form the electronic throttle control.
Throttle control plays an important role in the reduction of vehicle emissions. This component is used to control the intake air into the inlet manifold and for the exhaust gas recirculation system.
In the electronics and sensor technology sector, febi offers a dynamically growing range of replacement parts in OE matching quality, which are suitable for numerous vehicle types. Our range includes only high-quality parts, including throttle bodies for gasoline and diesel engines.
Quality by Conviction
All throttle bodies supplied by febi are intensively tested by our quality management. The quality control of electronic components is carried out with the aid of a high-resolution X-ray device to check the integrity of the circuitry.
Precisely Fitting Production
Anyone who repairs their own car knows the problem: inexpensive replacement parts from the independent parts trade can deviate from the mould and can be difficult to install at the intended location.
febi makes all the difference: all replacement parts are manufactured precisely and it goes without saying that production tolerances are adhered to. This is the only way to guarantee an optimal fit.
